The Challenge

The Jaar Group is a licensed general contractor specializing in luxury construction and renovation projects in South Florida. They focus on delivering high-end craftsmanship and custom solutions for upscale properties.

The client needed assistance with promoting their company’s reputation and capabilities creatively to stand out amongst their competitors and staying consistent with a social media strategy.

The Solution

The main objective of our partnership with The Jaar Group was to increase brand recognition and reputation which was done by displaying the business’s vast capabilities and skills for luxury construction on Instagram. 

The implementation of a social media strategy consisted of transforming The Jaar Group's account into a business account, carrying out community engagement tactics, and diversifying post type while following a consistent posting schedule. 

By utilizing community engagement tactics, we were able to improve brand recognition among subcontractors, local businesses, designers, and architects through simply engaging with their content and cultivating connections. 

We enhanced engagement metrics by varying post type depending on current business goals. Through increasing the number of reels posted, Blaise Media was able to transform The Jaar Group’s profile to a portfolio of projects; displaying results of individual tasks being completed or showing full transformations of a space. With multiple properties being constructed underway at one time, we were able to showcase the endless collection of abilities The Jaar Group has.

The Results

After 12+ months of our social media strategy in effect, The Jaar Group displayed a:

  • Instagram Growth: On Instagram, we achieved a remarkable increase in followers, nearly +120%, by consistently posting high-quality, intriguing content for projects.

  • Overall Increased Engagement and Likes with Consistent Posting: Under Blaise Media, we increased posting on average by +365% per month leading to a +7.8% increase in engagement per post and +18.78% more likes per post.

  • Boost in Performance of Diversified Content:

    • Reels: Under Blaise Media, Instagram Reels saw an increase in engagement by +83.8%, reach by +52.5%, and likes by 33%.

    • Carousels: In comparison to when the client was solely running their Instagram account, Blaise Media improved carousel performance which has seen an increase in engagement by +91.62%, reach by +234.26%, and likes by 78.26%.
